Major Party Upgrade

Wow....looks like Party just went through a major upgrade....I have not logged in yet but will do so as soon as I get home from work. One huge plus is that one can change the size of the tables. My video card will not allow me to have 4 tables up and running without any overlap. Now with this new teature, it'll be much much easier to play 4 or more tables....


2K in starting chips for SNGs: Might be much easier to implement the Kill Phil strategy. However one major change is the introduction to antes and 10 minute blinds.
Now, just maybe the "steps" might be much easier to climb up...


Limit O8 6-Max .50/$1: I've been waiting for this one for quite awhile...However, I do prefer to play LO8/PLO8 with 9-10 players. Hopefully the full rings will not dry up...

Major loss last night at the PLO8 table....boy do I have a way to go

Taking a "Sabbatical"

Yep...am taking a small "Sabbatical" from Poker for about 2-3 weeks. I'll be hitting some of the casinos for the time being to hit up some of the bonuses there. Within 2-3 weeks, if all goes well, I'll have a nice cool $600 or so.

Last night, I chipped in with Alfred to clear the IGMPAY bonus at Party. Fortunately, we were still able to attack the beginner's table (.25/.50). A little tiny profit but splitting $111 ($55 each) is just fine with me for 90 minutes of work. That translates to $36 an hour....I'll take it....
