Workout Plan of the Week

My softball-specific workout plan for this week...

Had to make some adjustments here since my garage is "occupied". Minter saw and wood trim to be painted are in the way so I am not able to do the power exercises (deadlifts and etc).

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Lunges with 35lb plates (20-28 steps)(flat ground Monday....Wed/Friday uphill)

Swing drills 3x10:
wiffle bat
PST
broom
metal rod
medicine ball (10 lbs)
